Overheard~~
She was on hands and knees dutifully weeding the carrots. Her
husband, with his 'bad back' was lolling in the wheelbarrow positioned to
point out weeds she had missed. It was her sixtieth birthday~he was also
sixty.
It must have been the sun on her head but she imagined her fairy
godmother appeared and granted her a wish. With a wry smile she glanced at
her husband and, perhaps for more than one reason, wished she had a husband
thirty years younger than herself. In a flash her wish was granted!! She
was now ninety!!
