I want to repot a VFT. Any idea of the best medium to use? It will be going

pure peat and washed sand mix. About 3:2
Have a look at www.sarracenia.com for loads more advice. VFTs are great - probably my favourite plant! Alastair |

They are native to bogs with extremely acid conditions and NO nitrogen to speak of. BTW, don't pamper your VFT by feeding it tidbits of meat or flies. What it catches on its own is more than sufficient.
