Anyone heard of kiakura grass?
All I know about it is:
kiakura grass. It grows like a creeper unlike normal grass anyone know anything about it? |

It's called Kikuya grass...it's a bit of a problem down under - apparently it strangles other plants in it's path. there's a small picture here but there's not much to see: http://www.sydney.foe.org.au/Sustain...ardenlawn.html type kikuya grass into google and you'll see that it's not really a welcome addition to anyone's garden! It is excessively tough and rampant. It is sometimes used in South Africa as a grazing grass in some of the drier parts of the country. Franz |
