splitting tomatoes
lovely crop of fruit only spoilt by some skins splitting before ripening,
must be doing something wrong but what? TIA for any help. David |

David It could be that after a period of drought for the plants, they are then getting a lot of water suddenly. This can often cause the fruits to split. They need to watered on a regular basis and not allowed to dryout. |
