Could someone suggest a supplier of fencing with interesting tops, please?

Rather than a simple semi-circular, or triangular, top to each vertical
panel, I'd like something a little more interesting - something like the
panels that made up the "fringe" of a wooden station canopy, for example,
but to stand up rather than hang down.

Not fussed whether they are in wood or plastic.
