Default Acer Brilliantissium

I have small acer brill...... planted approx. 3 years ago. Every spring the
leaves start growing but then they seem to
get what I can only call leaf-burn. They seem to 'crisp up' - new leaves
then grow but the same thing happens again.
I've tried all usual bug controls etc. Can anyone help plse.
We live on east coast but tree is protected from winds and in not over
exposed to sun (only first thing in morning and then late afternoon)

Thanks
Ian

Possibly you have answered your own question. The tree is exposed to sun
in the early morning, dew will still be on the leaves and that will have
the same effect as if is was passing through a lens, It will then burn
the leaves, which is why Camellias should be protected from morning sun.
