No idea.
But Silver Birch don't reduce well, they are better removed and either a
replacement planted or something else.

You might try asking the local council or power company who they use.

Whoever you invite to tender for the job, ask to SEE their current
insurance certificate. IME qualified professionals are very happy to do
so, because it distinguishes them from the unqualified cowboys.
