Default What is this plant?

I visited Gran Canaria a few years back, and took a cutting from one of the wild plants over there. It looks very similar to some sort of "Jade Plant" only with pointed leaves! It seems to be growing very rapidly and just wondered if any of you guys can give me a name, or information on what it actually is!

Very similar to Jade plant with pointed leaves is Crassula lactea (Jade plant is C. ovata).
