Default Leek .........................somewhat OT?

I don't think so

We quite often have a Leek and Mushroom Pilaf, but last night at the Lodge I
was introduced to a Cream of Leek and Mushroom Soup. Now considering we grow
Leeks a lot and that Mushrooms are easy to obtain from the Supermarket wash
my mouth out ;-) Can anyone recommend a recipe? I KNOW some of the readers
of this newsgroup/forum cook from the garden. Can you help?

Mike
