I never go to church to worship God.
I have never attended a church wedding. My children have not been christened. I have been trapped in a Tesco car park for 3 hours yesterday getting essentials due to christmas shoppers. When will this nightmare end? How many of you get married in church with Gods blessing but never actually go to church afterwards? Most of you. How many of you have been Christened or have had your child Christened? and actually been back to church to say thanks in that special way that the vicar does? Not many of you. These are my thoughts and welcome or not, the truth. Baz |

I recommend that you do what I do - celebrate the feast of the midwinter solistice - Christmas is just a relabelling of an ancient festival :-) The really objectionable thing is Tesco. By the way, if anyone comes up with a satisfactory answer, let me know. Mike -- .................................... Xmas is a civic duty without which the economy would collapse, and life as we know it would come to an end. I ignore it, and it goes away. It's only three months after all. |

![]() It looks like it! I don't go to church, but that does not stop me enjoying Christmas. Can't remember whether I have been to a church wedding or not, but does it matter? One of my children was christened! You should have gone to Asda! "Baz" wrote in message ... I never go to church to worship God. I have never attended a church wedding. Is any one better or worse than the others I wonder? BILL |
