purpose - and similar preparations.

I suggested Polish Pure Spirit as it is probably the strongest alcohol
available commercially, except BPC from a proper chemist.

You'd get it at a chemical distributers like Hay's. However, selling it
on would be fraught with pitfalls. You'd have to talk to HM Costumes and
Exercise about that.

I expect you could get 5 litres - best find a chemical distribution
factory and ask how much their anhydrous ethyl alcohol is. Make sure
it's not a nice blend with methyl alcohol, mauve dye, and a touch of
wintergreen innit...
