Besides, some of the sheds contain much more lethal, er, 'things' and it wouldn't surprise me if a few trolls ended up as sort of mummified carcases hidden in the furthest corners. *I have sometimes come across objects like that, and asked myself "Is this animal, vegetable or mineral?" - to which the answer is, of course, "Most probably, but just possibly not." It's like the refrigerator question "What was this?" - to which the answer is "I don't know, but it isn't any longer." I thought the correct answer was, "Life, Jim, but not as we know it." |
