Anyone got a robot mower?

I'm thinking of getting one, but am not sure of the consequences of
not having a clipping collector. How effective is the 'mulching'
feature? do clippings get trodden into the house?

How effective is the anti-theft feature?

I thought they were sort of left to operate all the time so the bits
should be quite small and will disapear quite quickly, there will be some
transfer on feet but not as bad as a conventional mower with the grass
box off doing a weekly cut.
Be interesting to hear from any owners of these, for small lawns I think
its brilliant idea but does it work in practice?

I doubt it very much...........probably ok on astro turf.
