Default Composting, chick litter, anti-cocc

Poultry chick feed (crumbs) contain anti-coccidiosis(sp?) stuff
( antibiotics, drugs, chemicals ?)
Is this a problem when composting or mulching with the resulting
litter in the veg. plot ?

(the litter uses woodshavings, but I am ok on the carbon footprint !
and/or the nitrogen problem etc&etc ! Just dont know the persistence
and whatever other implications of the anti-cocc stuff)

Ta.,,
