http://www.goma.demon.co.uk/garden/gardenselect.html Ah, the chap watering his garden in the rain reminds me of an ex near neighbour, everyone around called him "Oddjobs". We were amused one rainy day to see him out watering his lawn with a watering can whilst his wife followed him with an umbrella. When asked he said he was following the instructions on some lawn liquid weed and feed, which said apply while grass is wet. Well was he right or wrong? It gave us all a laugh anyway. |
