Default stopping bush type toms

Hi all

i have a couple of bush type plants
(beefeater and a plum type)

do I need to stop these to a limited number of fruits
to get them to mature or can I just let them keep going

they both have about six fruits per plant at the mo
and they are still quite small and green

tia
