I used to wonder how wars started, but reading URG lately makes it all too

Sigh. What are you going to do? Have me hung, drawn and quartered? BTW

Having been around Usenet for a number of years, I'm well aware that anyone

sound as though I had made a criticism of Janet which you were agreeing with.

I didn't think that was how it sounded. If you thought it did, then
that is unfortunate and I apologise for it but it was not meant to sound
as though you had made a criticism of Janet. OK?

Unfortunately, there are people out there who should not be voting or
breeding, IMO but there they are and as far as groups are concerned, they
seem to breed with abandon!

Trolling isn't happening in urg because of any one set of circumstances.
It's increased enormously in recent years in all groups. That's because
more people have home computers and internet access. Recently, some of it
has undoubtedly been because of the school holidays. Some of the more
persistent trolls are sad, unpopular creatures who don't realise they're
objects of pity or derision, rather than the cutting edge wits they think
they are.
Unfortunately, there are people out there who should not be voting or
breeding, IMO but there they are and as far as groups are concerned, they

They do seem to take a dislike to certain individuals and the groups
suffer as a consequence. We get the occasional troll in another group
but nothing like the traffic in urg and it is generally aimed at the
same person every time. I am not sure about them being objects of pity
or derision within their own peer group, unfortunately.

Well, their peer group being of the same ilk comes in for the same p & d, I
suppose. It must be a very sad creature indeed who thinks that trolling
groups is a fun thing to do.

Your loss really. I give the best cuddles )

Your place is quite amazing but I didn't like the tall hedges - kind of
spooky. I like a big entrance with bright colours - your place is a bit
dark. St Ives was at it's best - city in bloom european winner this
year and it really was a fantastic sight. The Maire was lovely, full of
life and ideas. Visited Barbara's garden (Hepworth) and Rowena's garden
(Minack Theatre) - saw Macbeth and we all froze to death - and spent 3
hours in the Lost Gardens of Helligans. The later a bit disapointing -
there's so much bamboos and rhodos one can see ...

Does someone knows the name of this plant below, preferably with the
species because I just love this colour. I must get it.
