Default Screen that can tolerate wet feet?

What is a good screen plant/tree for an area that has poor drainage?
Preferably something tall, as I am trying to screen 2 mammoth 2 story houses
directly behind my house. Also, the area is somewhat narrow, and I don't
want to unnecessarily invade the neighbors' yards.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
