Comet finnage
Well I've never heard that, but I do know you can tell a male goldfish from
a female by the little white pimples they will get on their gill plates and the front edge of their pectoral fins will be bumpy... easier to see the bigger the fish. ~ jan On Tue, 13 Jul 2004 03:36:25 GMT, "Newbie Bill" wrote: Someone told me recently they thought the longer flowing tail and side fins on a comet, were often indicative of the sex of the comet. I mean comparing comets to comets, not commons or other goldfish - some finnage seems to be larger some than others. Is this true or more a matter of breeding.
