American Holly black spot problem

My holly trees are turning yellow and have black spots all over the leaves.
The leaves are falling off in droves. This just started in the last week or
two.

The two holly are huge...standing some 30 feet tall or so.

Anybody know what's going on here or how to fix the problem ?
