Hi,

I have a vine in front of our house that i would like to identify. i live
in ontario Canada! Right now the vine is a red woody plant, with no leaves.
I can not remember what the leaves look like! It is planted facing the
north so it is situated in a shady environment!

Question: Does anyone know from my brief description what kind of
vine/plant it is?

Also, what is a good climbing vine i could plant here, given i live in
ontario canada and that the vine would be in shade?
