Kemp Model # K6CH chipper: Does anyone know this model?

I just bought an older (10 years?) Kemp chipper/shredder for small
money. It' built like a tank: heavy metal, heavy everything.
Unfortunately, no manual. Does anyone know anything about this brand?
How does it compare to current chippers? Thanks for your help!
