Default 5 inches of snow! PS

Hit the wrong button. The city of Syracuse (pop. 150,000) has $3.6 million
budgeted for the winter's snow removal. They have already used half of it.
School had a snow day yesterday. Today we are on a two-hour delay. It is -4 F.
Repotted my olive bonsai yesterday. Will do orchids today.
