In picture 10 the potatoes are to the left of Beau and the pepper bed is
wrapped in plastic to, hopefully, warm the soil. Unfortunately, there
are no pictures of the tomato or the pepper beds simply mulched. The
weeds in amongst the potatoes are "Dead Mint" and are suppose to keep
insect pests away from them (we'll see). Next there will be cabbage
amongst the potatoes.
