Iris
Just opened despite our usual week of rain timed exactly to rot all the
iris buds just before opening - every year like clockwork. Most of my irises are named varieties and plotted on a map of the beds, but I only look them up when someone really wants to know the name or I divide one - usually I just enjoy them. |
