Probably the single most dangerous fish to own is the Electric Eel.

You can get them in countries outside of the USA. Luckily, they don't allow
them here. Even piranhas and caimans leave them alone.

I saw a small one in public aquariums and it is an interesting creature, but
like poisonous snakes - leave them to the public facilities.
