Moving Strawberries
I have a small strawberry patch that has to be moved. It is setting
fruit now. Do I wait until after the fruit is finished or keep wet and do now? TIA |

Moving Strawberries
I would wait until fall or early next spring. This would give them the best
chance to not be stressed by the heat and transplanting. However, if your summers aren't too hot I'd wait until they set fruit then move them. I did experiment last year with moving some strawberry plants in the middle of the hot summer and they did survive and then flourish in the fall so anything is possible. "Lilac" wrote in message ...
