Yields of raspberries and blueberries

Yields of raspberries and blueberries

Does anyone have an idea of how many raspberry plants and blueberry
plants I should plant for a home garden for 3 people? I'm not planning
on going into business, but I do want to have enough for eating and some
freezing.
