[IBC] BCI web site unreachable
I clicked on the links provided within your e-mail and reached the site with no problem. Must be a local issue. If you haven't already, you might try to reach digital resources at:

Jim Lewis - - Hit THINK before you hit SEND Jim, Though I agree that most of the bonsai crowd may not be 'diagnosticians', I believe that what Jean-Christophe is trying to say is that he, in fact, tried to get the issue into the hands of the people that ARE... I'm thinking that Jean-Christophe posted to the group in hopes that someone who might have contacts near or at the host of the site (which is where the problem looks to be) would be kind enough to forward on the info. The issue may be as simple as a piece of equipment along the 'way' being down or misconfigured. If I had a router that was down or misconfigured, I'd be obliged to the person who may have pointed it out to me.
