ID on 'fretwork-leaved' shrub?
In the botanical garden in Argentina there is a shrub with leaves of a
striking appearance. See http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~richwrig/leaf.jpg Is this plant permissible in NSW gardens? Can anybody put a name to it? |
