Default Identification of pine tree from photo

Dear David Jones

I presume you are not joking but trying to figure out the size of the UFO
(most probably pasted into the picture)

First it is not a pine, which is seen at the branches. If the picture is
taken in Switzerland the are two options: spruce or fir. The shape of the
tree clearly tells that this is an european white fir (latin: abies alba).
The maximum hight of the spiece is about 170 ft. (50 metre) But the tree

in
the picture is a small one (look at the branches relative to the size of

the
tree) It is probably only 50 ft. (15 metre).

Thanks Jes!

Is it probable that it could be even smaller?
I mean all trees are very small to begin with, right?
If not, and if this is not a hubcap as I believe, what
then is it?

Best regards
David Jones

Maybe instead we could try to identify the hubcap. G

Is it perhaps from a 18-wheeler?
