It's a hebe. One of the easiest plants to grow from cuttings. If you
have access to the plant, just take a dozen cuttings, full a pot with
compost, stick the cuttings in all around the rim and water well. Leave
outside in a shady spot and remember to water if they get dry.

If that is your only cutting, remove all the flowers and the soft
floppy new growth at the top. You could then make two cuttings from the
stem that's left.
