During the night something attacked my lawn digging 6 or so areas. Most
of these areas were quite small, mere scraping but the worse on cover
about a square yard. Nothing deep but the turf remove and scattered
aver several yards. I've never seen anything like this before, though I
have been plagued by rabbits. Any idea as to what it might be, and the
best way to repair th affected areas?


I would have thought it might be badgers? If it's very dry maybe they
are having to dig down for worms?
