The leaves make me think this is a yellow version of Lantana camara. You
usually see it in its two-coloured version, planted widely in the Greek
islands, but T&M (IIRC) were selling it, so presumably it survives here,
at least in the summer. The flowers are followed by fruits which look
improbably like blackberries.
