Default Garden Shredder

Could anybody recommend a reasonably priced (£200) garden shredder?

I have one of the Ryobi 2.2kw shredders, cost £100. It *is* one of the
noisy, spinning blade types though it's only really noisy when shredding
very dry hard wood.

On handling green material, I have just very belatedly trimmed a
seriously overgrown hedgerow comprising sycamore, crab apple, willow and
hawthorne, all in full leaf, about twenty-five yards reduced about six
feet in height, and I had to unclog the shredder once, so I'm quite
pleased with it.

It does have a Euro-hopper[1], which I'm thinking of adapting, but I
expect they all do.

[1] the prefix 'Euro' has two related meanings: the first is to make
something so risk free that a child of three could safely be allowed to
operate it; the second is to so culturally dilute something as to make
it almost featureless.
