why is it on a blogspot website? Wouldn't LG have their own ?

because some muppet has thrown together a site with content he ripped of
wikipedia, and then spams relentlessly to newsgroups. The site is
stuffed with banner ads and affiliate links etc, so he gets paid when
people unwittingly visit it.
