Chiltern Seeds, if I recall. I found it easy to grow from seed.

Well, it IS one of the herbs traditionally used by witches - is he
also as rabid about monkshood? ....
Or foxglove or hellebore or oleander? The Artemisia family includes
many attractive sliver-leafed plants. Tarragon is a variety of
Artemisia. I've grown it (wormwood) from seed and it's an attractive
plant.
