Hi to everyone, I am new on here so hope I have asked this question in
the right place.?
I am doing some gardeing for a friend who has a Yucca...about 7-8 foot
tall. I t has a center "stem" plus a few baby ones coming from it lower
down..but not the bottom..
My freind whould like me to cut it in half and replant it....I jhave no
knowledge of Yucca's at all... Can I cut the middle bigger one out and
replant that.? Leaving the lower newer babies where they are.?
Many thanks for you help in advance.

I agree with Bob. A picture would help identify whether it's a yucca
or a cordyline. Don't post here directly, but use an image-hosting
site such as tinypic or dropbox etc.

Or as you use Gardenbanter to get here they have their own method of you
being able to post a photo to their site and then post a link to it on this
Newsgroup. I understand the instructions are on their site somewhere but
cannot be more helpful as I don't use them.
